MINUTES

Representative Fabian, Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:15 AM on February 28, 2018, in Hearing Room 5 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Ecklund moved the approval of the February 27, 2018 minutes. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF2802 (LUECK) Regulatory certainty provided to municipalities that construct publicly owned treatment works to comply with new or modified effluent limitations

Rep. Fabian moved HF2802 be re-referred to the General Register.

Representative Fabian renewed his motion to move HF2802 to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF2789 (FABIAN) Outdoor heritage fund money appropriated.

Representative Fabian moved HF2789 be re-referred to the Legacy Funding Finance Committee.

Representative Fabian moved the H2789A-3 amendment.
