Representative Loon, Chair of the Education Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:04 P.M. on February 22, 2017, in Room Five of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Erickson moved that the minutes of February 21st, 2017 be adopted. THE MO-TION PREVAILED.

HF946 Loon, Operating capital levy clarified.

Representative Loon moved that that HF946 be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.

Representative Loon renewed the motion that HF946 be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF947 Loon, General education aid calculation clarified.

Representative Loon moved that HF947 be placed on the General Register.

HF734 Haley, Education partnerships enhanced, youth development promoted, education part-nerships coalition fund established, and money appropriated.

Representative Loon moved that HF734 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill or for further action at a later time.

Representative Theis moved that HF1052 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill or for further action at a later time.
