MINUTES

Representative Paul Anderson, Chair of the Agriculture Policy Committee, called the meeting of the Agriculture Policy Committee to order at 10:17 AM on March 1st, 2017, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Anderson called the meeting to order at 10:17 AM. A quorum was present.

Representative Johnson moved that the minutes of February 28, 2017 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF1006 (Knoblach) Landowner or occupant who does not need a partition fence cannot be required to share in construction or maintenance costs, and statute that applies this standard only in St. Louis County repealed.

Representative Anderson moved that HF1006 be re-referred to the General Register.

Representative Pierson moved that HF1032 be re-referred to the committee on Job Growth and Energy Affordability Policy and Finance.

Representative Anderson moved that HF1257 be re-referred to the committee on Agriculture Finance.
