SELECT COMMITTEE ON AFFORDABLE CHILD CARE
MINUTES

Representative Franson, Chair of the Select Committee on Affordable Child Care, called the meeting to order at 6:10 p.m. on Tuesday, February 16, 2016, at the Park Rapids Public Library in Park Rapids, Minnesota.

Legislative Assistant David Larson noted the roll.

Representative Steve Green introduced himself.

Jerry Kerber, Minnesota Department of Human Services, spoke about the Department’s work within the child care industry and answered questions of the committee and the public.

Representative Franson opened the meeting to public testimony.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:15 p.m.
