Representative Dill, Chair of the Lands Subcommittee of Mining and Outdoor Recreation Policy Committee, called the first meeting to order at 2:49 P.M. on Tuesday, March 10 2015, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Dill called the meeting to order at 2:49 P.M. A quorum was present.
H.F.1429 Dill, Cass, Pine, and Todd Counties; public and private sale of state land provided.
Representative Dill moved that H.F.1429 be re-referred to Committee on Mining and Outdoor Recreation Policy.
H.F.0447 Lueck, Crow Wing County; sale of tax-forfeited lands bordering public water authorized.
Representative Dill moved H.F.447 be laid over for possible inclusion in H.F.1429.
Kathy Lewis, Assistant Director of the Division of Lands and Minerals for the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, testified on H.F.447.
