MINUTES

Representative Greg Davids, Chairman of the Taxes Committee, began the meeting at 10:15 AM on April 14, 2016 in Room 200 of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Davids officially called the meeting to order at 10:19 AM. A quorum was present.


Representative Erik Simonson moved the minutes of April 13, 2016 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


Chris Coleman, Mayor of St. Paul, testified to House File 3806.

Chad Kulas, Executive Director of Midway Chamber of Commerce, testified to House File 3806.

Dare Kroeten, student at St. Louis Park Middle School, testified to House File 3806.

Bill McGuire with Minnesota United FC testified to House File 3806.

Donald Mullin, Executive Secretary of St. Paul Building and Construction Trade Council, testified to House File 3806.

Garth Thoulouis, Development Director of Minnesota Youth Soccer Association, testified to House File 3806.

Brian Quarstad, St. Paul resident, testified to House File 3806.


The meeting was adjourned at 12:08 PM.
