MINUTES

Representative Anderson, Chair of the State Government Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 4:11 P.M. on February 10, 2016, at the Owatonna VFW Post 3723.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Anderson called the meeting to order at 4:11 P.M. A quorum was present.

Helen Roberts, Fiscal Analyst, gave a presentation of the general fund appropriations for the Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs.
