MINUTES

Representative Cornish, Chair of the Public Safety and Crime Prevention Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:16 A.M. on February 11, 2015 in Hearing Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Cornish called the meeting to order at 10:16 A.M. A quorum was present.

Representative Considine moved that the minutes of the February 10, 2015 meeting be approved.

THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 0191 (Kresha): Maltreatment of minors governing report provisions modified.

Representative Howe moved HF 0191 be referred to the Health and Human Services Finance Committee.

Representative Howe moved amendment A5.

Representative Johnson moved to orally amend HF0191A5 amendment as follows:

Page 1, line 1.1, strike “first” and insert “second.”

Representative Howe renewed motion to move HF 0191, as amended, to pass and be referred to Health and Human Services Finance Committee.
