MINUTES

Representative Cornish, Chair of the Public Safety and Crime Prevention Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:15 A.M. on March 23, 2016 in Hearing Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Cornish called the meeting to order at 10:16 A.M. A quorum was present.

Representative Zerwas moved the minutes of March 22, 2016 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF3014 (Fabian): Autocycle regulations established

Representative Cornish moved HF3014 be sent to the General Register.

Representative Cornish moved the HF3014 A16-0899 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Testimony on HF3014 presented by:

Representative Cornish renewed his motion to refer HF3014, as amended, to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF2515 (Smith): Probate provisions modified.

Representative Cornish moved HF2515 be sent to the General Register.

Representative Cornish moved the HF2515 A2 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF2515 (Urdahl): Traffic violation around school buses increased fine provided, and violator required to attend driver improvement clinic.

Representative Cornish moved HF1948 be re-referred to the Committee on Transportation Policy and Finance.

Representative Cornish moved the HF1948 DE1 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
