Representative Hackbarth, Chair of the Mining and Outdoor Recreation Policy Committee, called the twenty-fifth meeting to order at 2:55 P.M. on March 29, 2016, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.
