MINUTES
Representative Pat Garofalo, Chair of the Job Growth & Energy Affordability Policy & Finance Committee, called the eighth meeting to order at 12:45 P.M. on Wednesday, February 4, 2015, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Garofalo called the meeting to order at 12:45 P.M. A quorum was present.
Representative Vogel moved to approve the minutes from the previous hearing. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Julia Hamm, Solar Electric Power Association; Lynn Hinkle, Minnesota Solar Industry Association; Ashley Brown, Electricity Policy Group at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University; gave an overview of net metering.
Representative Garofalo announced that the next committee hearing will be held off-site in Willmar, Minnesota at the MinnWest Technology Campus in the Life Center Building on February 9, 2015 at 9:30 A.M.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:34 P.M.
