Representative Nornes, Chair of the Higher Education Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:48PM on February 18th, 2015, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Representative CHRISTENSEN moved that the minutes of February 11, 2015, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The Minnesota Office of Higher Education gave a presentation on the Loan Consolidation Report to members of the committee.

Representative O’NEILL presented HF952; Student loan debt repayment counseling pilot program created, and money appropriated
Representative O’NEILL moved to adopt the SW-A01 amendment; THE MOTION PREVAILED
Representative O’NEILL moved that HF952 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Bill
