MINUTES

Representative Mack, Chair of the Health and Human Services Reform Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:49 P.M. on February 10th, 2015, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Mack called the meeting to order at 2:49 P.M. A quorum was present.

Representative Albright moved that the minutes of February 4th, 2015 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Mack moved H.F. 346 be re-referred to the Committee on Health and Human Services Finance.

Representative Hoppe presented H.F. 346.

Testifying on H.F. 346 was David Godfrey, Intergovernmental Relations Hennepin County.

Representative Mack renewed her motion for H.F. 346 to be re-referred to the Committee on Health and Human Services Finance. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Zerwas moved H.F. 161 be re-referred to the Committee on Civil Law and Data Practices.

Representative Zerwas moved the DE1 amendment be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Zerwas presented H.F. 161, as amended.

Testifying on H.F. 161 was Steve Larson from ARC Minnesota.

Representative Zerwas renewed his motion for H.F. 161, as amended, be re-referred to the Committee on Civil Law and Data Practices. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Zerwas moved H.F. 513 be re-referred to the General Register.

Representative Zerwas moved A1 amendment be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Zerwas presented H.F. 513, as amended.

Testifying on H.F. 513 was Buck McAlpin, Minnesota Ambulance Association, and Justin Bell from the American Heart Association.

Representative Zerwas renewed his motion for H.F. 513, as amended, be re-referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Zerwas moved H.F. 523 be re-referred to the General Register.

Representative Zerwas presented H.F. 523.

Testifying on H.F. 523 was Ann Carrera, Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, and Melissa Finnegan from the Minnesota Department of Health.

Representative Zerwas renewed his motion for H.F. 523 be re-referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
