Representative McNamara, Chair of the Environment & Natural Resources Policy & Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:19AM on February 11th, 2015 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative McNamara called the meeting to order at 8:19AM. A quorum was present.
Representative Fenton moved to adopt the minutes from February 10th, 2015. THE MINUTES WERE ADOPTED.
John Stine, Commissioner, Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, Lyle Mueller, Chief Financial Officer, Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, and Kirk Koudelka, Assistant Commissioner, Minnesota Pollution Control Agency presented an overview of the agency budget.
Representative Fabian assumed the gavel at 9:19AM.
Representative McNamara assumed the gavel at 9:23AM.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:01AM.
