MINUTES

Representative Jenifer Loon, Chair of the Education Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:58 P.M. on March 23rd, 2016, in Room Five of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Selcer moved the minutes of March 22nd, 2016 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF3240 Carlson, Charter school cash flow adjustment modified.

Representative Loon moved HF3240 be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.

Representative Carlson testified on HF3240.

Ron Berger, Director of Finance and Operations, Lionsgate Academy testified on HF3240.

Representative Loon laid over HF3240 for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill, or further consideration at a later date.

HF3013 Christensen, College entrance examination reimbursement clarified.

Representative Christensen moved HF3013 be placed on the General Register.

Representative Christensen testified on HF3013.

Representative Loon moved HF2981 be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.

Representative Howe testified on HF2981.

Representative Loon moved HF2910 be re-referred to the Committee on Capital Investment.
