MINUTES

Representative Joe Hoppe, Chair of the Commerce and Regulatory Reform Committee, began the meeting at 2:48 PM on March 29, 2016 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Boiler law exception modified.

Chair Hoppe moved that HF2720 be re-referred to the Job Growth and Energy Affordability Committee.

Chair Hoppe moved the 2720A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative S. Anderson moved that HF3369 be re-referred to the Public Safety Committee.

No-fault auto benefits regulated, and deduction of basic economic loss benefits previously provided required.

Representative Loonan moved that HF3246 be re-referred to the General Register.
