MINUTES

Representative Scott, Chair of the Civil Law and Data Practices Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:15 A.M. on February 3rd, 2015, in the Hearing Room Ten of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Scott called the meeting to order at 8:15 A.M. A quorum was present.

Representative Vogel moved to adopt the minutes of January 27th, 2015. The minutes were ADOPTED.

HF383

Representative Hilstrom moved HF383 be referred to the General Register.

Available testifiers for HF383, Representative Melissa Hortman and Chris Hunt

Representative Hilstrom renewed her motion that HF383 be re referred to the General Register. The motion was ADOPTED.

At 8:26 A.M. Representative Smith assumed the gavel.

HF327

Representative Scott moved HF327 be referred to the State Government Finance Committee.

Available testifiers for HF327, Representative Scott, Benjamin Feist, Twila Brase, Rich Neumeister, and Matt Ehling.

Representative Scott renewed her motion that HF 327 be adopted re-referred to the State Government and Finance Committee. The motion was ADOPTED.

At 9:32 A.M. Representative Scott reassumed the gavel.

HF191

Representative Gruenhagen moved that HF191 be adopted and referred to the Public Safety and Crime Prevention Committee.

Representative Zerwas moved amendment HF191-A3. The amendment was ADOPTED.

Available testifier for HF191, Representative Ron Kresha, Melinda Hugdahl, Rich Neumeister and Ross Plaetzer.

Representative Gruenhagen renewed his motion that HF191 re referred to the Committee on Public Safety and Crime Prevention. The motion was ADOPTED.

The meeting was adjourned at 10:03 A.M.
