MINUTES

Representative Scott, Chair of the Civil Law and Data Practices Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:15 A.M. on April 12th, 2016, in Hearing Room Ten of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Smith moved to approve the minutes of April 7th. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
