MINUTES

Representative Simon, Chair of Data Practices Subcommittee, called the meeting to order at 4:00pm on February 27, 2013 in Conference Room 500S of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Members present:

A quorum was present.

Rep. Hortman moved approval of minutes from meeting on February 5, 2013. The motion prevailed.

HF501 (Hilstrom) medical examiners and coroners permitted to use license and identification card photographs.

Chair Simon moved approval of HF501 for referral to Civil Law.

Catherine Kamman, Investigator for Midwest Medical Examiners Officers

Chair Simon renewed motion that HF501 be recommended to pass and be referred to Civil Law. The motion prevailed.

HF20 (Frieberg) Personal contact information classified except where disclosure is specifically authorized by law.

Chair Simon moved approval of HF20 for referral to Civil Law.

Chair Simon renewed motion that HF621 be recommended to pass and be referred to Civil Law. The motion prevailed.

HF798 (Erhardt) Minnesota road test participation data classified, and construction manager.

Chair Simon moved that H798 be recommended to pass and be referred to Civil Law.

Chair Simon moved HF828 be recommended to pass and be referred to Civil Law.

Chair Simon moved H0828DE1 be recommended to pass. The motion prevailed.

Chair Simon moved approval of HF837 to pass and be referred to Civil Law.
