TRANSPORTATION POLICY COMMITTEE

MINUTES

Representative Erhardt, Chair of the Transportation Policy Committee called the meeting to order on Friday, March 15th, 2013 at 3:04 PM in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Simonson moved approval of the minutes from the meeting of Thursday, March 14th, 2013. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.

Char Erhardt moved HF1416 and recommended it to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Transportation Finance.

Chair Erhardt moved to amend HF1416 (see attached H1416A9). THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Matt Burress of House Research responded to questions regarding H1416DE1
Rep. Sundin moved to amend amendment HF1416 DE1, as amended (See attached HF1416A7)

Rep. Sundin presented the proposed amendment,

Chair Erhardt renewed his motion to amend HF1416, with HF1416, as amended, be adopted.

THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT AS AMENDED WAS ADOPTED.

Rep. Erhardt renews his motion that HF1416, as amended, be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Transportation Finance. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The committee was adjourned at 4:28 PM.
