TRANSPORTATION POLICY COMMITTEE
Representative Erhardt, Chair of the Transportation Policy Committee called the meeting to order at 2:20 PM on Tuesday, February 19th 2013 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.
Rep. FitzSimmons moved approval of the minutes from February 12, 2013. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE ADOPTED.
HF 146 (Howe) Trunk Highway 23 designated as Officer Tom Decker Memorial Highway.
Rep. Erhardt moved that HF 146 pass and be sent to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Rep. Dorholt moved HF 289 before the committee.
HF 289 (Fischer) Special license plate record keeping and reporting required, and special Anatomical Gift license plate established.
