MINUTES
Representative Erhardt, Chair of the Transportation Policy Committee called the meeting to order at 2:17 PM on February 12, 2013 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Rep. Petersburg moved approval of the minutes of Tuesday February 5th and Wednesday February 6th. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
Vice Chair Masin moved that HF 123 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Transportation Finance.
Rep. Quam presented HF 123 (Quam), Transportation department periodic review required for property owned by the state for the purpose of determining a surplus.

Rep. Beard moved to amend HF123 (see attached amendment
H0123DE1). THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Vice Chair Masin renewed the motion that HF 123, as amended, be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Transportation Finance. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
