MINUTES

Representative Hornstein, Chair of Committee on Transportation Finance, called the meeting to order at 10:09AM Wednesday March 26, 2014 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Hornstein moved HF3260 be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.
Representative Hornstein explained HF3260 (Hornstein) Transportation finance appropriations and transfers modified.

Representative Petersburg moved to amend the HF3260DE2, as amended (Please see attached HF3260A7 amendment)
Representative Petersburg explained the HF3260A7 amendment.

Representative Metsa moved to amend the HF3260DE2, as amended (Please see attached HF3260A3 amendment.)
