MINUTES

Representative Lenczewski, Chair of Committee on Taxes, called the meeting to order at 12:30 PM April 2, 2014 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Lenczewski moved HF 2852. Representative Dill presented HF 2852.

Chair Lenczewski moved the H2852A18 amendment. The motion prevailed. The H2852A18 amendment was adopted.

Chair Lenczewski moved that HF 2852 be re-referred, as amended to the committee on Ways and Means. The motion prevailed. HF 2852 was re-referred as amended to the committee on Ways and Means.

Representative Davids moved HF 2434. Representative Woodard presented HF 2434.

Representative Davids recommended that the bill be placed on the General Register. The motion prevailed. HF 2434 was re-referred to the General Register.

Chair Lenczewski moved HF 1765. Representative Nelson presented HF 1765.

Chair Lenczewski moved the A14-1044 amendment. The motion prevailed. The A14-1044 amendment was adopted.
