Representative Lenczewski, Chair of Committee on Taxes, called the meeting to order at 12:30 PM April 4 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Page 1, line 17, insert, "is limited to no more than four parcels, as designated by the city, and"

The motion prevailed. The amendment as amended was adopted.

Representative Barrett presented HF 1426 (Barrett) Taylors Falls; excise border city development zone power establishment authorized, and money appropriated.
