Representative Lenczewski, Chair of Committee on Taxes, called the meeting to order at 12:30 pm March 7 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Mullery presented HF 805 (Mullery) Gift tax imposed and coordinated with the estate tax.
Representative Lenczewski moved HF 805
HF 805 was laid over for possible inclusion to an Omnibus Tax bill.
Representative Lenczewski moved HF 806
Representative Mullery presented HF 806 (Mullery) Situs rules provided for pass-through interests.
HF 806 was laid over for possible inclusion to an Omnibus Tax bill.
Representative Benson moved HF 426 (Davnie) Motor vehicle paint and material sales tax clarified.

Representative Lenczewski referred HF 1092 (Poppe), HF 1128 (Metsa), HF 1129 (Metsa), HF 1161 (Dill), HF 1177 (Hansen), HF 1268 (Sundin), HF 1303 (Kiel), HF 1327 (Metsa) to the Committee on Property and Local Tax Division.
The meeting was adjourned at 1:25 pm.
