RULES AND LEGISLATIVE ADMINISTRATION COMMITTEE

MINUTES

Representative Erin Murphy, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 11:33 AM on Monday, April 7, 2014, in Room 118 in the State Capitol.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Benson moved approval of the Friday, April 4, 2014 minutes.
THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.

Chair Erin Murphy moved that the Proposed Calendar for the Day for Wednesday, April 9, 2014 be adopted.
THE MOTION PREVAILED

Chair Erin Murphy moved that Rule 2.03 of the Joint Rules be waived for HF 2543 (Hortman) and be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.
THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Erin Murphy moved that Rule 2.03 of the Joint Rules be waived for HF 2265 (Laine) and be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.
THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The committee recessed at 11:37 AM.

The committee did not reconvene therefore adjourned at the end of the legislative day.

Waiver of Joint Rule 2.03:

HF2543 (Hortman) Data classified, reporting requirements modified, permitting efficiencies modified and created, Pollution Control Agency duties modified, administrative penalty order and field citation provisions modified, civil penalties provided, rulemaking required, and money appropriated.

HF2265 (Laine) Secretary of state authorized to obtain data from the Public Safety Department to share data.
