MINUTES

Representative Erin Murphy, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 11:33 AM on Thursday, April 8, 2013, in the Basement hearing room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Benson moved approval of the Thursday, April 4, 2013 minutes.
THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.

Chair Erin Murphy moved that the Proposed Calendar for the Day for Wednesday, April 10, 2013 be adopted.
THE MOTION PREVAILED

Chair Erin Murphy moved that Rule 2.03 of the Joint Rules be waived and that HF 338 (Bly) be re-referred to the Committee on Civil Law.
THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Erin Murphy moved that Rule 2.03 of the Joint Rules be waived and that HS 1442 (Hansen) be re-referred to Environment, Natural Resources, and Agriculture Finance.
THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The meeting was adjourned at 11:37 PM.

Waiver of Deadline:
HF338 (Bly) Eminent domain provisions modified with respect to electric power utilities, and a property rights ombudsman established.
HF1442 (Hansen) Aquatic invasive species decal requirement and fees established, and aquatic invasive species trailer decal requirements eliminated.
