Representative Paymar, Chair of the Committee on Public Safety Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 10:20 a.m. Tuesday, March 4th, 2014 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Rep. Simonson moved that the minutes of the February 27th, 2014 hearing be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Presentation of the Office of the Legislative Auditor Evaluation of Health Services in State Correctional Facilities.
Testifying during the presentation were:

KJ Starr – Program Evaluation Division, Office of the Legislative Auditor
Responding to the evaluation on behalf of the Department of Corrections were:
Tom Roy – Commissioner, Minnesota Department of Corrections
Nanette Larson – Health Services Director, Minnesota Department of Corrections
Terry Carlson – Deputy Commissioner of Facilities, Minnesota Department of Corrections
The meeting was adjourned at 11:35 a.m.
