Representative Rosenthal, Vice Chair of Committee on Public Safety Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 10:02 a.m. Thursday, February 14th, 2013. in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

H.F. 142 (Kieffer) Criminal sexual conduct offender penalties enhanced.

Rep. Kieffer moved that H.F. 142 recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary Finance and Policy Committee..
