Representative Sheldon Johnson, Chair of the Labor, Workplace, and Regulated Industries Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:18 A.M. on March 20, 2013, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Fischer moved that the minutes of March 14, 2013 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF 1320 (Anzelc) Mine inspector provisions and technical, clarifying, and other policy changes made.
Chair Johnson moved that HF 1320 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the General Register.

Chair Johnson moved that HF 1359 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Jobs and Economic Development Finance and Policy.

Chair Johnson moved the H1359A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
