MINUTES

Representative Lesch, member of the Committee on Judiciary Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 2:21 p.m. on Tuesday March 11, 2014 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Hilstrom moved that HF 2307 (Schoen), drug and alcohol overdose prevention and medical assistance provided, and liability limited, be re-referred to the Committee on Public Safety Finance and Policy.

Rep. Hilstrom moved to amend HF 2307 (Schoen) with the H2307A3 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
