MINUTES
Representative Clark, Chair of Committee on Housing Finance and Policy, called the twenty-seventh meeting to order at 1:07pm on Wednesday, March 26, 2014 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Clark moved that HF2112 be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.
Representative Clark presented HF2112 (Clark). Housing Opportunities Made Equitable (HOME) pilot project created, and money appropriated.
Representative Clark moved to amend HF2112. See attached
H2112DE1. THE MOTION PREVAILED THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Testimony on HF2112 as amended:
- Sue Watlov Phillips, Metropolitan Interfaith Council on Affordable Housing
- Mary Tingerthal, Commissioner, Minnesota Housing Finance Agency
Representative Clark renewed her motion to re-refer HF2112 as amended to the Committee on Ways and Means. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Metsa moved that the minutes of March 24, 2014 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
The meeting was adjourned at 1:55pm.
