Chair Bly called the twelfth meeting of the Committee on Housing Finance and Policy to order at 12:38pm on 2/27/2013 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Clark moved that HF528 (Clark) be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Capital Investment.
Representative Clark presented HF528 (Clark). Public housing rehabilitation funding provided, bonds issued, and money appropriated.
Testimony on HF528:
Joseph P. Wheeler, Minnesota National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (MN NAHRO) and Southeastern Minnesota Multi-County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (SEMMCHRA)
Representative Clark renewed the motion that HF528, be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Capital Investment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Green moved that the minutes of February 25, 2013 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
Individuals from the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency presented on the potential impacts of federal sequestration on Minnesota housing initiatives and programs.
