Representative Clark, Chair of Committee on Housing Finance and Policy, called the ninth meeting to order at 12:35pm on 2/18/2013 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Anderson moved that the minutes of February 13, 2013 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
Vice-Chair assumed at 12:40pm.
Representative Clark moved that HF299 (Clark) be recommended to pass.
Representative Clark presented HF299. HOME Line tenant services programs money appropriated.

Vice-Chair Bly laid over HF299.
Representative Clark moved that HF300 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Civil Law.
Representative Clark presented HF300. Notice to quit or pay prior to filing an eviction action created.
