Representative Gene Pelowski, Chair of the Committee on Higher Education Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 12:30 PM on February 18, 2013, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Representative Dorholt moved that the minutes of February 13, 2013, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (MnSCU) continued their financial overview to members of the committee.
