Chair Thomas Huntley called to order the eighteenth meeting of the Health Care and Human Services Finance Committee at 10:09 a.m. in Room 200 of the State Office Building on Tuesday, February 21, 2013. A quorum was present. The committee legislative assistant noted the roll:

Representative Moran moved HF 107 (Child care assistance absent days modified) be recommended to pass and laid over for possible inclusion in the Health and Human Services omnibus bill.

Discussion occurred and Representative Moran renewed her motion that HF 107 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Health and Human Services omnibus bill. The motion prevailed.

Representative Moran moved HF 538 (Child care assistance absent days modified) be recommended to pass and laid over for possible inclusion in the Health and Human Services omnibus bill.
