Representative Nelson, Chair of Committee on Government Operations, called the meeting to order at 9:07am on March 21, 2014 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Nelson moved that HF2932 be recommended to be re-referred to the Committee on Health and Human Services Finance.

HF2701 (Pelowski) Disaster assistance contingency account created; unused disaster relief appropriation transfer required; a disaster relief cost-share relationship established between the state, local governments, and American Indian tribes and bands; and state public disaster assistance authorized in the absence of federal assistance

Page 2, delete line 2.9, insert “The advisory committee expires June 30th, 2018.”
