Representative Simon, Chair of Committee on Elections, called the meeting to order at 12:30pm on February 26, 2013 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Vice Chair Halverson assumed Chair at 12:39pm.
Rep. Simon presented HF367 (Simon) Ranked-choice voting adoption by jurisdiction authorized; and procedures for adoption, implementation, and use established be established.
Rep. Simon moved that HF367 be recommended to pass and be referred to State Government Finance.

H0367DE1 amendment as modified for adoption. The motion prevailed.

Rep. Simon amends motion to approve HF367, as amended, and be recommended to pass and placed on General Register. The motion prevailed.
