MINUTES

Representative Mariani, Chair of Committee on Education Policy, called the meeting to order at 10:01 A.M. on February 14, 2013 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Morgan moved that the minutes of February 7, 2013 and the minutes of February 12, 2013 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Rep. Brynaert became chair 10:03 A.M.
