Representative Marquart, Chair of the Committee on Education Finance, called the meeting to order at 8:15 AM, April 10, 2013 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

A quorum was present.
House Researchers Lisa Larson and Tim Strom and House Fiscal Analyst Melissa Johnson presented information and provisions of the delete-all amendment (
A13-0404) to the omnibus education finance bill (HF630).
Members' questions and comments were addressed throughout the amendment's presentation.
Representative McDonald moved the minutes of April 9, 2013 be approved.
THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Public testimony was provided by Jessica Webster, Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid; Sue Abderholden, NAMI - Minnesota; and Mary Cecconi, Parents United for Public Schools.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:45 AM.
