MINUTES

Representative Atkins, Chair of Committee on Commerce and Consumer Protection Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 4:07 PM on March 25, 2014 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Davids moved that the minutes from the meeting on March 19, 2014 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF2582 (Lesch) Minnesota Public Benefit Corporation act; public benefit corporations organization and operation provided.

Rep. Atkins moved that HF2582 be re-referred to the General Register.
