Representative Atkins, Chair of Committee on Commerce and Consumer Protection Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 4:09 PM on March 11, 2014 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Davids moved that the minutes from the meeting on March 4, 2014 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF1866 (Morgan) Commerce department advisory groups governing provisions modified.

Rep. Atkins moved that HF 1866 be re-referred to the Committee on Jobs and Economic Development Finance and Policy.

Rep. Atkins moved the H1866A3 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
