Representative Fritz, Vice Chair of Committee on Commerce and Consumer Protection Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 4:04 PM, March 5, 2013 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Falk moved that the minutes from the meeting on February 26, 2013 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 194 (Atkins) Money transmitter sender notification required when someone tries to receive wired funds at a location other than the location specified by the sender.

Rep. Atkins moves that HF 194 be recommended to pass and re-refered to the General Register.

Rep. Schoen moved an oral amendment to delete the words "a location" from line 2.11 and insert the word "locations". THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
