Overview on Higher Education Asset Preservation and Replacement (HEAPR) by Matt Gehring, Research Analyst, House Research Department.

Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (MnSCU) Capital budget Request by Steven Rosenstone, MnSCU Chancellor and Brian Yolitz, Associate Vice Chancellor for Facilities, MnSCU.

University of Minnesota Capital budget request overview by Pamela Wheelock, Vice President for University Services, University of Minnesota. The following people answered questions regarding the University of Minnesota's presentation.
