MINUTES

Representative Beard, Chair of the Transportation Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:35 P.M. on Monday, January 24, 2011, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Benson moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on January 19, 2011, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED

Presentation by the Office of the Legislative Auditor on the report on Governance of Transit in the Twin Cities Region:

Judy Randall, Office of the Legislative Auditor Project Manager
