Representative Linda Runbeck, Chair of the Property and Local Tax Division, called the meeting to order at 8:16 AM on February 15, 2012, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Representative Crawford moved the approval of the minutes of February 8, 2012.

Julie Herlands, Principal at TischlerBise, presented the Study of the Metropolitan Area Fiscal Disparities Program.
