Representative Davids, Chair of the Taxes Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:15 a.m. on February 22, 2012, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Commissioner Myron Frans, Minnesota Department of Revenue, presented an update on the Minnesota Department of Revenue.
A quorum was present at 10:59 A.M.
Representative Crawford moved to approve the minutes dated February 15, 2012. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:35 A.M.
