Representative Davids, Chair of the Taxes Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:15 AM on April 13, 2011, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was not present.

Chair Davids presented HF247 to committee.
A quorum was present: 10:19 AM.
Representative Carlson moved to approve the minutes dated March 30, 2011. Motion prevailed: Minutes were approved.
Chair Davids moved HF247 pass and be re-referred to the General Register.
Chair Davids moved the H0247A1 amendment. The motion prevailed. Bill was amended.
Chair Davids renewed his motion that HF247, as amended, pass and be re-referred to the General Register. The motion prevailed.
Chair Davids moved HF1084 pass and be re-referred to the committee on Ways and Means.
Chair Davids moved the H1084A1 amendment. The motion prevailed. Bill was amended.
Chair Davids renewed his motion that H1084A1, as amended, pass and re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means. The motion prevailed.
Representative Buesgens moved HF548 pass and be re-referred to the General Register.
Representative Buesgens presented HF548 to the committee.
Representative Buesgens renewed his motion that HF548 pass and be re-referred to the General Register. The motion prevailed.

Representative Paymar moved HF1231 pass and be re-referred to the committee on Ways and Means.
Representative Paymar moved the A11-0273 amendment. The motion prevailed. Bill was amended.
