MINUTES
Representative Urdahl, Chair of the Legacy Funding Division Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:37pm on Tuesday, February 14, 2012, in the Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Torkelson moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on Wednesday, February 8, 2012, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF2086 (McNamara) Outdoor heritage fund money appropriated and requirements modified.
Representative McNamara moved that HF2086 be passed and re-referred to the Committee on Environment, Energy and Natural Resources Policy and Finance.
